How long will my order take to be dispatched?
All orders take roughly 2 weeks to dispatch if you need something quicker then please do email us
Is my outfit / item handmade?
Please check the listing if it’s handmade it will be in the listing info
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes of course we do - we accept laybuy for uk orders and sezzle for American orders - we also expect to be adding Clearpay very soon
Do you accept exchange or refunds?
Refunds and exchanges are accepted on all items other than swimwear/ bikinis & underwear- these items will be issued a credit note.
